What is an organisational learning culture?
Tim Beresford, Chief Executive at the Australian Financial Security Authority, shares his definition of what an organisational learning culture is and how, at its core, it is a culture that creates a continuous learning mindset and that consists of mindset, toolset, and skillset but the most important of these is mindset. Tim also reflects on how this type of culture is where people learn to adapt to internal and external shocks, having a level of resiliency and agility in the way they go about managing these shocks, and how there is also more two-way communication in knowledge sharing, teamwork, and curiosity.
