Tania Rishniw, Deputy Secretary of Employment and Workforce at the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, has led many crisis responses throughout her career, and she speaks about this further in this frequently asked question. Tania also shares her experiences in working on the crisis response to the Montara Oil Spill in 2009, which was an unprecedented time in Australian history as it was the first oil spill of its kind.
